At times my RC IV would spit a spent primer out the slot for the priming arm. Since I only use a hand or bench mounted priming tool I cut a piece of 5/16" key stock then filed it down just enough for a interference press fit in the slot ( .26x" something). Now they have nowhere else to go but into the catch tray.

This fix will not cost you a cent and cures the problem once and for all. The primers will now exit the press through the bottom of the ram and go directly into a trash container.
